very nice work. I like your detail in the hair and face. her right arm could do with a little shading somewhere just so you can determine the elbow joint a bit but other than that its very well done

Wow that is really good. The colors on her clothes are great. The arms look a little bit funky though, it might be just as Andy said though. Cant really tell where the elbows are. Makes it look like she has really long forearms.

Her expression is great, I don't think the head is small, is perfect size in my opinion to create a good perspective. But I agree that the right arm could have a bit more shading
